Located on Confresi Beach on the north coast of the Dominican Republic in Puerto Plata, this hotel is less than 3 km from the town of Puerto Plata and the Amber Museum, and is just 30 minutes from the International Airport of Puerto Plata. Stretching along the golden sands of Cofresi Beach, the jewel of the Amber Coast, lies this complex, the essence of a true tropical beachfront resort. The buildings are low-rise Mediterranean style, amid Caribbean style thatched roofs and cobblestone walkways, comfortably blending with the surrounding mountain ranges and sparkling hues of the ocean. This holiday complex is located at the southern end of the tourist district, within walking distance from a tropical mountainside. Furthermore, Cofresi Bay, with its long sandy beach, is easily within walking distance, just 400 m away. Puerto Plata's international airport is a 30-minue drive away.The comfortable complex includes a total of 80 apartments spread throughout eight 2-storey buildings. There is a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk in the main building as well as a small supermarket and a hairdressing salon. Further facilities include two restaurants, a laundry service, room service, a kids' club (5-12 year olds) with a special children's entertainment programme. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park or garage.The comfortable rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a fridge, satellite/cable TV, a balcony and hire safe. The suites are fitted with individually regulated air conditioning and include a lounge area with a fan, a seating area and a sofa bed as well a separate bedroom.There are pools with sun terraces, sun loungers and parasols as well as the hotel's own beach club, which is free of charge to hotel guests.
