The resort has a lifts and features 761 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Disneys Old Key West Resort, inspired in Florida Keys, is located in the community of Conch Flats on the banks of the river. Disney's Lake Buena Vista golf course is less than 2 km away from the hotel.
