The resort has a lifts and features 761 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. A kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station is also provided as standard. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Disneys Old Key West Resort, inspired in Florida Keys, is located in the community of Conch Flats on the banks of the river. Disney's Lake Buena Vista golf course is less than 2 km away from the hotel.

The hotel facilities and services include 24 h reception, lobby area, WiFi in public areas, event facilities, outdoor pool with slides, children´s pool, gardens and jogging trails, playgrounds, cafeteria, snack bar, pizzeria, Fitness centre and Spa, games room and sports activities such as tennis, fishing, basketball courts and volleyball.
