I Mirti Bianchi Residence is located in the town of Santa Teresa, near the beautiful Rena Bianca Beach (800 mts) and near the city center (300 mts). From the modern tourist harbour you can reach the enchanting islands of La Maddalena, Corsica and Bonifacio by ferryboat.
All the apartments are disposed in a three floors building composed by two different sections. Accommodations are surrounded by beautiful and well-attended gardens. In the property there is a lift that connects apartments with indoor unattended parking. Carefully furnished, each apartment is equipped with crockery, cutlery, TV, air conditioning, WI-FI, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, a private bathroom with shower and hair dryer. The apartments are located either at the ground floor level, with a patio furnished with table and chairs, or at the first or second floor with veranda. Rates include water, electricity, gas, bed linen.
Reception office is open from 9 am to 1 pm and from 4:30 pm to 8 pm. Lift, Wi-Fi, swimming pool (open from 15.05 to the end of the season) for adults and children, terrace with area relax and a fitness area, washing machine in common areas, private indoor and outdoor parking.
DISTANCE FROM THE SEA: about 800 meters from “Rena Bianca Beach” with its white sand and clear water sea. Beach umbrellas and sun beds available for renting (by local providers). Diving centers in the nearby.

Check-in from 5 pm to 8 pm. If arrival is after 8 pm, the guest needs to inform the property by contacting +39 0789754975, (key box will be arranged). The property will not be able to accommodate the guests until the next day if late arrival has not been communicated, and €50 supplement will be charged. Check-out is by 10 am.

Mandatory costs to be paid on the spot : daily forfait of €5,00 / €2,50 / free (adults/children/infants) which covers electricity, gas, linen.
Final cleaning cost: from €70 to €80 depending on the apartment type. Cooking area is to be left clean by guest, otherwise €50 supplement is charged.
Deposit (mandatory): €200. Can be reimbursed after apartment has been checked.

Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and an elevator (lift). A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.

**Mandatory Forfeit to be paid €5,00 for adults and €2,50 for children from 3 to 12 years old, this includes electricity, gas, water, bed sheet and A/C. Final cleaning to be paid on spot with a cost of €60,00. Cooker must be cleaned from client otherwise they will be charged an extra EUR 50. Deposit required at time of check in, this will be refunded at the check out day after apartment inspection. Check-in time is always from 5 till 8 pm, if you arrive later than 8 pm please inform hotel at time of booking, otherwise check-in cannot be confirmed. if arrive later than 20:00 there will be an extra cost of €50 with a request made to the hotel prior arrival.
