Mandatory costs to be paid on the spot : daily forfait of €5,00 / €2,50 / free (adults/children/infants) which covers electricity, gas, linen.
Final cleaning cost: from €70 to €80 depending on the apartment type. Cooking area is to be left clean by guest, otherwise €50 supplement is charged.
Deposit (mandatory): €200. Can be reimbursed after apartment has been checked.

**Mandatory Forfeit to be paid €5,00 for adults and €2,50 for children from 3 to 12 years old, this includes electricity, gas, water, bed sheet and A/C. Final cleaning to be paid on spot with a cost of €60,00. Cooker must be cleaned from client otherwise they will be charged an extra EUR 50. Deposit required at time of check in, this will be refunded at the check out day after apartment inspection. Check-in time is always from 5 till 8 pm, if you arrive later than 8 pm please inform hotel at time of booking, otherwise check-in cannot be confirmed. if arrive later than 20:00 there will be an extra cost of €50 with a request made to the hotel prior arrival.
