Some wild landscapes can be so beautiful that nothing can stop you from getting there. Kastellas is a serene, secluded beach at the South-west side of Kythnos next to the Flabouria seaside settlement. Each villa carries its own unique Cycladic style carefully selected to match the house’s aura and land positioning. Large bedrooms, wide showers and white crispy linen guarantee a lifetime’s sleep that you’ll only wake up on to the eagle’s song.

We developed a sustainable complex of four independent villas and two houses each of them gazing the crystal clear waters of Kastellas Beach with an open plan outdoor lounge area with an infinity pool. The whole place feels like it's been suspended a hundred feet above the crashing waves. Located in a slope and shaded by man-made geometrical stone-built rows you can barely feel what is design and what is nature. The land blends harmoniously into the physical buildings.
