The lodge is located in the Merced River Canyon just 8 miles from Yosemite National Park's popular west gate. The lodge grounds offer a unique setting for relaxing walks amid a collection of hand carved bears. Guests can spend the day discovering Yosemite National Park, skiing at Badger Pass Ski Area, or visiting the California Mining and Mineral Museum in nearby Mariposa.
