The hotel is situated at the heart of the city, on the bank of the River Shannon and just a two-minute stroll from the shopping and cultural centre of this vibrant, historic city. The location is ideal for those travelling from Shannon Airport or visiting some of our local attractions such as King Johns Castle or Bunratty Castle and Folk Park.

58 single rooms and 93 double rooms are available to guests in a 151-storey main building and an 8-storey auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. 2 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. En Parkway Shopping Centre entre en la rotonda y salga por la seguna salida, quedando el centro comercial a la izquierda. Siga por esta calle hasta la siguiente rotonda y después tuerza por la primera salida hacia el centro. En el siguiente semáforo gire a la izquierda. Siga la calle (Patrick Street) hasta llegar a O'Connell Street y prosiga recto hasta el semáforo en Lower Mallow Street (el tercer semáforo). Una vez allí gire a la derecha. El hotel está al final de la calle, antes de llegar a la rotonda.
