The main night market is about 2 km from the resort and can be accessed using the resort's shuttle. Public transport can be reached with a 10-minute walk. The resort is situated opposite the Big C Shopping Center and is about 8 km south of Chiang Rai Airport.

3 suites, 28 single rooms and 32 double rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock.
