Peninsula Petit Hotel se encuentra ubicado en Península San Pedro, a 20 km de la ciudad de Bariloche, como referencia se toma el Km 20,400 de Av. Bustillo, (Ruta del Circuito Chico) donde está el ingreso a la Península, de ahí son 500 metros ingresando a la misma. Otros datos de referencia son: a 5 km de Llao Llao, a 22 km de Cerro Catedral, a 30 km del aeropuerto BRC.

Peninsula Petit Hotel cuenta con 700 m2 cubiertos distribuidos en 2 plantas, 5000 m2 de parque y 25 metros lineales de costa al Lago Nahuel Huapi. El lobby tiene vista al lago Nahuel Huapi y a los Cerros López y Campanario. Además dispone de 11 habitaciones, sala de estar con hogar a leñas, tv lcd 32 pulgadas, dvd, direc tv plus, restaurant, (el cual funciona en las temporadas de invierno y verano), bar, sala de juegos con play station y juegos de mesa. Todos estos ambientes tienen vista al lago y están calefaccionados por loza radiante provenientes de caldera de agua en edificio separado, (sala de maquinas).
