El complejo se halla en la zona de Calis, en Fethiye, a aproximadamente 2 km del centro del complejo y a unos pocos cientos de metros del paseo marítimo. La fascinante localidad mercantil de Fethiye queda a solo 3,5 km y la célebre laguna de Oludeniz se halla a unos 13 km. La estación de autobuses dista 3,5 km aproximadamente y el aeropuerto de Dalaman alrededor de 45 km.

El apartotel fue construido en 2010 y ofrece un total de 22 alojamientos. Se trata de un complejo de apartamentos moderno y atractivo, construido en dos plantas. Se ubica en unos jardines decorativos con una amplia piscina y zona de baño infantil, así como un área cubierta en el jardín. El complejo dispone de un restaurante, en el que se sirven aperitivos, además de un chiringuito junto a la piscina.
