The wonderful location of these apartments, close to the vibrant street Punta Ballena, places guests a few minutes from bars, restaurants, nightclubs, water parks and the best beaches on Mallorca.

Facilities

72 apartments are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the apartment hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus.
