Este complejo fue renovado en 2010 con materiales y mobiliario de calidad importado desde Italia. Cuenta con una recepción 24 horas, con caja fuerte y servicio de cambio de divisas. El establecimiento climatizado comprende un total de 86 alojamientos, así como restaurante, bar y aparcamiento.

Las habitaciones están dotadas de cama doble, teléfono de línea directa, TV vía satélite/por cable, radio, conexión a Internet y caja fuerte. Los cuartos de baño privados están equipados con una ducha y secador de pelo. Las cocinas vienen con nevera, hornillo y cafetera/tetera.
