Each spacious apartment at Rent Top Apartments Forum has contemporary décor. There is a large living room with a TV and a DVD player, and the kitchen includes a microwave, oven, fridge and a toaster.

Shops, bars and cafés can be found in the streets surrounding the apartments, and Diagonal Mar Shopping Centre is just 300 metres away. The seafood restaurants at Barceloneta can be reached in 10 minutes by Metro.

Can Lima tram stop is a short walk from the apartments, and Barcelona’s old town, Las Ramblas and Plaza de Catalunya are 9 Metro stops from Maresme Station. Diagonal Mar Park and Barcelona’s marinas can be reached in 20 minutes by foot.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
