Welcomed by a cultured and elegant chauffeur, dressed in the famous Saint James sailor's outfit, you'll enjoy his funny and unknown anecdotes about this vineyard.
Along this excursion, the fascinating world of Saint-Emilion wines will be unveiled to you during a visit at a classified winery. You will discover the importance of the terroir and grape varieties, the winemaking process and the different classifications of Saint-Emilion wines. The château will offer you the opportunity to taste between 2 and 3 of their wines.
After having parked your 2CV, your chauffeur will make you discover the village of Saint-Emilion on foot for about an hour. During your tour in this historical city, you will stop at a macaroon producer for a tasting. You have to know that macaroons are the second speciality of Saint-Emilion after wine!
At the end of this walking tour, you will get back on your 2CV and your driver will lead you on small roads offering a unique panorama on Saint-Emilion and its châteaux…
