This tour includes guided walk through the Riga central market. The market is best known for its reuse of old Zeppelin hangars for some of the market's food halls. In 1930, Riga Central Market was the largest and most technologically advanced market in Europe. Further follows walking tour of the well preserved Old Town and visit to Black Magic bar to taste Riga Black magic - most valued drink and the best gift of friendship, which was first made in Riga in the middle of the 18th century. Legend has that Empress Catherine the Great of Russia, having fallen ill during a visit to Latvia, was cured after drinking Riga Black Balsam.
