In this tour you will enjoy a relaxing bike riding start from around Plaosan and Sewu temples area in the countryside along small roads and tracks passing through rice-fields and tropical crops. Learn about the irrigation system and have a glimpse of the daily activities of the local farmers. Visit Prambanan temple either before or after cycling, the most beautiful Hindu shrine built in 9th century.
You also will visiting Ratu Boko temple. Ratu Boko is located on a plateau in Java and is an archaeological site. The exact name and function of the site is unknown, however, the local inhabitants named it after King Boko, the esteemed king mentioned in Roro Jonggrang folklore.
Remark:
Prambanan - Every Monday visitors are unable to visit Pelataran / Temple Yard of Prambanan Temple for preservation and conservation reason. The visitors can only visit until Area 2 courtyard. From this area visitor still can have nice background of photos and can touch 3 smaller temples. Prambanan temple is closed during Nyepi (Silence) day
