Cinecittà World, the amusement park at the entrance of Rome dedicated to the classics of Cinema, was inaugurated on 24 July 2014. Cinecittà World is located in Dino De laurentiis' former studios built in the 1960s. The main theme of the Park is the cinematographic imagination, with a special eye to the classics of the Cinema filmed in the historical studios of Cinecittà in Rome. The park is divided in 7 themed areas. The main attractions of Cinecittà World are: Altair the 10 times upside down roller coaster, Indiana Adventure the highest drop tower you can find, Aktium the refreshing attraction, Inferno the dark indoor spinning coaster (similar to the Th13teen di Alton Towers) Aquila IV a real underwater boat, JURASSIC WAR the era of Dinosaurs, CINETOUR plenty of sets in one place, STUNT SHOW pure adrenaline! Also do not forget all the Virtual reality attractions to enjoy a real immersive experience in other worlds.



To arrange a real complete day out, Cinecittà World offers a shuttle service departing from the Metro Station EUR Palasport every opening day at 10.30 am, and returns from the park at closing time.
