Grouse Mountain is Vancouver’s most visited year-round attraction located just 15 minutes from downtown Vancouver. Enjoy panoramic views as you travel to the alpine aboard the iconic Skyride. In the winter, enjoy fresh tracks on 33 runs that range from groomed green to adrenaline-pumping double black diamond, with enough rolls, steeps and glades for all levels. With enhanced snowmaking and night skiing, keep the fun going with our 15 runs open until 10pm. Grouse Mountain’s Winter Snow Lift tickets also include other complimentary winter activities including the stunning light installations on the Light Walk, the slopes at the Sliding Zone, our outdoor skating pond, snowshoeing and more. Grouse Mountain is the “must-see attraction” in Vancouver. Single Lift Tickets include access to the Skyride, chairlifts and mountaintop activities. Lift Ticket valid for one uphill and downhill ride on the Skyride in the same day.
Light Walk: Experience magic in the trees on our enchanting Light Walk, open starting at dusk. The entrance is marked by a glowing light tunnel, just off of the mountaintop Skating Pond. Walk amongst the fir and spruce around Blue Grouse Lake where stunning light installations bring radiance to the winter night. Marvel at the beauty with snow crunching underfoot. The glow of light against a majestic mountain backdrop is not to be missed!
Sliding Zone: Experience family fun for all ages and your chance to soar down Grouse Mountain on a sled. Located just west of the Skating Pond, the Sliding Zone provides two designated lanes of groomed terrain for your winter enjoyment. Sliding Zone Sleds are required to access the Sliding Zone, equipment rental not included.
Skating Pond: Grouse Mountain is home to an 8,000-square foot ice skating pond – the only mountaintop outdoor skate pond in the lower mainland. Great for a fun family adventure or a romantic date – it’s time to lace up those skates for a spin in the fresh mountain air. Ice skating on the outdoor rink is complimentary with a Grouse Mountain Admission ticket.
Snowshoe Park: Escape into the serene beauty of a natural winter playground. Just a short distance from the Peak Chalet, you'll find yourself a world away in our Munday Alpine Snowshoe Park. With four different trails to choose from and a perfect balance of groomed and single track snowshoeing, you will discover something new each time you visit!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Peak Sightseeing Chair: Children must be at least 3 feet, 4 inches (1 metre) tall to ride the Peak Chairlift.
There is no minimum height to ride the Skyride.
