Your SIM card will be delivered to your hotel so once you arrive you can just input, activate and go. With easy activation instructions in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, there is no need to pay roaming fees or expensive international plans from your home provider.

Simple Mobile International: unlimited national talk, unlimited national and international text, unlimited data with 2GB of 3G and 4G LTE, PLUS unlimited calling to 10 land lines in select countries.



Net 10 Domestic: unlimited national talk, unlimited national text, unlimited data with 5GB of 3G and 4G LTE.



Net 10 International: unlimited national talk, unlimited national and international text, unlimited data with 5GB of 3G and 4G LTE, PLUS unlimited calling to 15 land lines in select countries.



Select a service plan, quantity and type of SIM card (Nano, Micro or Standard), and provide your hotel name and check-in date while booking (required). Please note all information requested must be supplied or booking is subject to automatic cancellation. Cards will be delivered to hotel within 3-5 days upon stated arrival date. All cards take a minimum of 5 business days from the day of purchase to be delivered to customer’s hotel.



No refunds will be given once the SIM cards are activated if you are in an area that does not have service. SIM Cards USA is not responsible for any damaged phones that purchaser may incur during the insertion of the new or old SIM cards.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure their smartphone is unlocked and that they chose the correct SIM card size for their phone. In the case that any SIM card is defective, a full refund will be given provided that the SIM card is returned back within 30 days of activation. Plan cannot be changed once it has been activated. SIM card can be transferred to any unlocked phone or tablet. Number and service will remain the same.
