Discover an excellent beach tour 30 minutes from Panama City. It is Taboga Island, also known as the Island of Flowers. This tour will make a brief visit to the village of Taboga and enjoy the rest of the day free. You will know where Pizarro started issuing exploration and conquest of the South Seas; where Paul Gauguin lived and painted some of his works; as well as other historic aspects and personalities.

You will know where Pizarro started issuing exploration and conquest of the South Seas; where Paul Gauguin lived and painted some of his works; as well as other historic aspects and personalities.


During the day, you can spend time in Playa La Restinga, which links the island of Taboga with Morro island and observe a curious phenomenon that the beach comes to disappear under water or is washed by two facing sides according to height the tide. Also, you can enjoy crystal clear waters and white sand at Playa Honda, which runs next to the same people.

We turn to pick your hotel in the city to take it to dock. There we will take a ferry to approach Taboga. It is important to bring beachwear and casual clothing and comfortable shoes. It is also important to take cash, because it is not always easy to find ATMs or POS credit card.
