Let the magic of the Botanical gardens sweep you away as you discover all the hidden treasures in this secret garden. Stroll and relax, through endless lush gardens, filled with over 8000 different species of plants spread out over 137 hectares, lose yourself to the natural beauty. Admire the enormous water lilies floating by on the lake, the long row of towering Palms and the fascinating “orquidário” the home to over 600 species of Orchids. Breathe in the sweet smell of the pretty plants and explore a little slice of green paradise.



Our natural tour does not stop here! Next we will firsthand witness the “lungs of Rio” in the form of Tijuca Forest, a massive urban forest representing almost 7% of the whole city! Spot the wild birds, exotic small animals and various unique plants as we make our way through the mass of green vegetation. Watch out for the monkeys! The most common monkeys found here are the Saguis and Capuchin and are loved by all! Look out for the toucans, canary birds, hawks and buzzards among many others. There is so much to see here and to consider, you won’t want to miss a single second of it and remember to bring a camera in order to capture the splendor!



Our tour will pass by the Chinese View Belvedere which hosts the magnificent sights of the Ipanama and Copacabana beaches, Guanabara Bay and the Sugar Loaf. Time for a refreshing walk to contemplate the scenes around you by taking the nature trail that consists of fun facts concerning the flora and the ecosystem.



After a truly wonderful day, the tour heads home but not without a quick stop at Pepino Beach to observe the valiant Hang gliders.
