A true culinary journey, this train travels through quaint villages accompanied by romantic music and soft candlelight. As guests soak in the splendour of the seaside community, a fresh, gourmet meal is prepared. Includes a three hour train ride with a five course meal, coffee, tea, water, meal tax and gratuity. Alcohol and other beverages are available for purchase on board.

All Meals Includes - Hors d'oeuvres, Cape Cod Central Seafood Chowder, Tossed Field Greens Salad, Chef's Choice Du Jour Side Dish, Fresh Seasonal Vegetable, Coffee and Tea with Dessert.
Adult Entrée:
Herb Encrusted Roast Tenderloin - Roasted, sliced tenderloin of beef served on a bed of bordelaise sauce and topped with shrimp and béarnaise sauce.
Pistachio Encrusted Salmon - Fresh farm raised salmon, dredged in crushed pistachio nuts and crackers, served with a lemon beurre blanc sauce.
Breast of Chicken Cadillac (adapted from original New Haven Railroad recipes) - Boneless breast of chicken sautéed, finished in an alfredo sauce, topped with julienne of ham, puff pastry and hollandaise sauce.
Vegetarian Manicotti - Roasted vegetable manicotti with mascarpone cheese served with pan-fried eggplant and tomato Provencal.
Duration: 2 hours.
