The Discovery Tour is a combination of the sightseeing tour with Line A, a 1 hour harbour cruise on the Elbe and an approx. 1 hour boat trip on the Alster Lakes. The ticket also includes a voucher for a cup of tea in a tea shop inside the 17th century Krameramt’s Alley. The tickets are valid for three consecutive days, but you can take each tour only once.


Meeting/pick-up point: Sightseeing by bus: Central Station/Kirchenallee & St. Pauli Landungsbrücken 1-2 (harbour) Please look for the RED DOUBLE DECKER BUS sign.
Harbour cruises: St. Pauli Landungsbrücken 1-2, 4 (harbour). Alster cruises: Pier Jungfernstieg (Alster lake).

Duration: Sightseeing by bus: without hop-on, hop-off approx. 90 min.
Harbour cruises: approx. 60 min. Alster cruises: approx. 60 min.

Start/opening time: Bus: from 9.20am to 5pm. Departures every 30 minutes.

Departures Harbour Cruise: at 12pm. Alster Cruise: from 10am, every 30 minutes.
Languages: English and German.

Others: The tickets are valid for three consecutive days, but you can take each tour only once. English guided harbour cruises take place from April - October at 12:00 pm daily.
