Starters


-Cream of Potato Soup with Truffle Slices and Fragrant Truffle Oil.

- Home-Made Cock Consommé with Vegetables and Garganelli-Shaped Hungarian Noodles.

- Classic Hungarian Beef Goulash Soup.



Main Course


- Skewer of Grilled Vegetables with Wild Mushroom and Smoked Cheese Risotto.

- Chicken Paprikash served with Butter Dumplings.

- Transylvanian Stuffed Sauerkraut with Garlic Pork Chops and Home-Made Grilled Sausages.

- Classic Veal Goulash with Oven-Baked Curd Cheese Noodles.


Deserts


- Somló Sponge Cake (Rum-flavored trifle with walnuts drizzled with chocolate sauce.)

- Gundel Pancakes Flambéed in Rum (pancakes filled with ground walnuts and covered in chocolate sauce.)

- Home-Made Plum Strudel with a Prune Ragout flavoured with Pálinka (Hungarin fruit brandy.)
