Enjoy a leisurely cruise and informative narration by our Captain along Florida’s beautiful inland waters aboard the Sapphire. Sightseeing on one of the outer decks or luncheon service in the climatically controlled dining areas will make this a cruise to remember. The Sapphire features plush, comfortable interiors with large picture windows for unobstructed viewing of the passing scenery. Luncheon includes a full, restaurant-style menu featuring continental cuisine prepared fresh on board. For sightseeing passengers, cocktail service and a snack bar are available.
