Program

Day 1:
Airport - Senggigi (Lunch)
Upon arrival at the airport, you will meet one of our experience guides in the arrivals hall and transfer privately to the Temple of Mayura. In Sanskrit, Mayura means Peacock. The park built by Anak Agung Ngurah Karangasem in 1744 was originally called Taman Kalepug, which means the sound of falling water on the lake. The name of this park became mayura because at that time there were more snakes in this area of the park. To reduce snake populations, they decided to bring peacocks from Palembang area to eat the snake. Now the peacocks are no longer there, all that remains are the Peacock reliefs that increasingly convince that there is the legend of snakes and peacocks. Then, short trip to Pura meru, the largest Hindu temple in Lombok. This temple built in 1720 is dedicated to the Hindu trinity of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. We will be invited to surround the 3 temples found here. The three temples also represent three mountains considered sacred by the Hindus; Pura Brahma represents Gunung Agung in Bali, Shiva Temple represents Mount Rinjani in Lombok, and Pura Wishnu, which is represented by Mount Semeru in East Java. After the temple of Meru, our journey continues with 1 hour drive to Narmada Garden. Narmada Park was built by Raja Anak Agung Ngurah Karangasem in 1727 AD. The name of this park comes from a sacred river in India, the Narmanadi River. This park is made as a miniature of Mount Rinjani and Lake Segara Anak. The last destination before the transfer to the hotel is a temple of Lingsar. This temple was built in 1714 and rebuilt in 1878 to symbolize the harmony and unity between the Hindus of Bali and the Muslims of Sasak. In the temple area there are four main buildings, namely Pura Gaduh, Kemaliq, Pesiraman and Persimbangan Bhatara Bagus Balian, and Lingsar Wulon. The Pura Lingsar, is a sacred Hindu place where Hindus and Muslims come to do their respective religious rituals. For example, some Muslims often pray in the Kemalik building and no Hindu has been offended by it. Then head to Senggigi for your accommodation. Lunch served en route at the local restaurant.

Day 2:
Gili Air Tour (Breakfast, Lunch)
Breakfast at the hotel, leave the hotel and drive to the port of Bangsal for your speedboat trip to Gili Air. Our Snorkeling guide will take you to the best places where you can dive from the beach. Try almost anywhere along the east coast, where the edge reef is quite healthy and close to the coast. Be careful when walking in shallow water, there are many sea urchins among the seagrass. Note that the coral reef is a sensitive ecosystem. When snorkeling, swim instead of walking on the shallow reef. After Snorkeling you can walk around Gili Air in about 90 minutes. The circular walk around Gili Air is very pleasant. The highlight for many would be the breathtaking view of the huge Mount Rinjani rising over Lombok. After enjoying Gili Air, we will return to the pier and then sail to the port of Bangsal. Get in your car and transfer it to your hotel in the Senggigi area. Lunch served en route at the local restaurant.

Day 3:
Sasak Tour (Breakfast, Lunch)
Breakfast at the hotel; leave the hotel for our tour to the southern part of Lombok. Our first destination is to visit Sukarara Weaving Village with 1 hour drive. Sukarara Village is the name of a charming little village and is one of the traditional handicrafts of the weaving center located in Lombok. In the village of Sukarara, you can find local people who work as a weaver. Men usually weave for tenun ikat (rope weave) while women usually weave for tenun songket (fabric that is usually embroidered with gold threads / silver). If you are curious to see the weaving process, you can ask the weaver to get tips and tricks and try weaving if you want. The next destination is to visit Sasak Village Sade, one of the colorful traditional villages of Lombok. The Sasak tribe is originally from Lombok. There are currently hundreds of people living in this village and there are no outsiders from the Sasak tribe living in this village. After the trip to Sasak, we will continue with a short trip to Kuta beach in Lombok and have your own time for beach activity. Kuta Beach is identical to one of the most famous beaches in Bali, but actually if you think that Kuta beach in Bali is so beautiful, you’ll be surprised when you get to Kuta Beach Lombok. When you have arrived at Kuta Beach Lombok, you can choose from various beach activities such as snorkeling, surfing or just sitting on the beach to tan your skin or watch the sunset. After the activity on the beach, get in your car and drive back to the Senggigi area for your accommodation. Lunch served en route in the lunchbox.
