The properties consist of one bedroom (with two individual beds), a living room with a sofa bed (1'35 cm), a kitchen, a fully equipped bathroom and a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, washing machine, a dishwasher, an iron and an ironing board, a microwave, a toaster, café machine, a blender and a juicer. The bathroom consists of two sinks, a bubble bath and thermostatic shower.
The apartment also has air conditioning and central heating, automatic shutters, video intercom, TV with international channels, English, Norwegian and German channels which are included in the rental price (with a radio), a safety box, an alarm, connection to internet (WIFI), a roof terrace (there is a roof terrace for each block and they have there own out door shower), there is also a lovely reception. There is a communal swimming pool with sun beds, a shower, guest bathrooms (can be used before the check out), a luggage compartment, a close garage and storage rooms (the storage rooms are not included in the rental price).
