Casino de Genting is a 5 minute walk away and the First World Plaza 10 minutes by foot from the hotel.

The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift.
