This hotel is situated in Biniancolla's tourist centre around 250 m away from the sea. Right across the road from the hotel, you may find the best Waterpark of the island, which belongs to the same Company than the hotel chain, which for sure will provide lots of fun for young and old.
The nearest public transport links are right by the hotel, while restaurants and bars are 800 m away. The nearest beach, Punta Prima, is around 1.6 km away (easily reached with the free shuttle service which runs a number of times a day), and Binibeca Vell about 4 km. The airport is 10 km away.

Renovated in 2019, the hotel comprises a 3-storey main building with 15 singles and 202 double rooms, as well as a garden area of spacious 40,000 m² where our 35 premium suites are located (village-style). The main building is equipped with a 24-hour reception, 2 lifts, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a small supermarket, and a games area. Furthermore, guests are also offered a bar, a TV room and a buffet restaurant. Those arriving by car may make use of the car park. For younger guests there is a playground and kids' club available. Laundry services complete the amenities on offer at this hotel.

Sur Menorca is located in the centre of Biniancolla, 500m from Cala Biniancolla, with an area of 40 000m2 where you find swimming pool for adults and children, TV lounge, car park (extra cost), beach volleyball court, gym and children’s play ground. There is one buffet restaurant and one à la carte restaurant, a snack bar and the lobby bar.
