Located in the historic Eixample area, on Industria Street 165, the hotel is exceptionally well located, being a 3-minute walk to the Sagrada Familia, a 5-minute metro ride on Line 5 to the main shopping area Paseo de Gracia, Casa Batlló, La Pedrera and to luxury-brand stores. There are numerous restaurants and bars nearby. The beach is about a 10-minute drive away. Barcelona El Prat de Llobregat Airport is about 20 km away.

The holiday apartments were built in 1900. 17 apartments are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.
