Location

The apartments enjoy a central location, walking distance to the Famous Paseo de Gracia and perfectly connected. The Tetuan metro line (line 2) is opposite the building. From there guests can reach every part of the city. The famous Ramblas and the beaches are only 10 minutes away by public transport. The bus station is approximately 10 minutes’ walk and Barcelona El Prat De Llobregat Airport is around 15 km away from the establishment.

Facilities

The holiday apartments were built in 1900. 11 apartments, 5 single rooms and 23 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A safe and a laundry service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Guests can also book separate bedrooms. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station, dishwasher and oven. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi ensure optimal comfort. A shower, a bathtub and a bidet are included the bathrooms. A hairdryer is also provided. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. The apartment hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.
