A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please call the staff upon arrival to the city on the number that appears on the Booking Confirmation and a representative will meet guests at the apartment. If for any reason, the expected time of arrival is delayed by more than 30 minutes, guests should inform the property staff as soon as possible.
