PARKING: Self-parking is available in front of all accommodations and is a $20 per night per unit fee charged to the guest at check-in. HOUSEKEEPING FEES: Daily housekeeping services are NOT included in the Net Rate. Additional cleaning services are optional and may be purchased with at least 48 hours’ notice. There is a 50% cancellation fee for any additional services cancelled less than 24 hrs in advance of service.

The resort is just 6 miles away from Walt Disney World's main entrances and all the shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife of Kissimmee. In addition, the complex is just a short drive from Universal Studios, Wet n' Wild, the Orlando Convention Center, and the world-famous International Drive.

Facilities

In addition to 100 villas/houses, this spacious property includes a residential complex with a lift,made up of an 11-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. Awaiting guests are 500 non-smoking rooms, including 40 suites and 360 apartments. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The holiday village offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.
