It is only 4 km to the vivacious town of Albufeira and Faro International Airport is 32 km away.

Units include 41 apartments and 6 studios located in a 4-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. It’s a middleclass hotel in a perfect location on a cliff, about 150 meters from the beach (can be reached by a steep staircase) and 500 meters from the city Olhos D’Agua with shops and smaller restaurants.

There is a sun terrace with a beautiful view, an outdoor swimming pool, a children’s pool and a pool bar. There are two 18-holes golf courses close by. There is free parking.

All the apartments have a bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, cable-TV and safe (extra cost). They have fully fitted kitchens (studio and kitchenette) with microwave and fridge.
They all have a furnished terrace or ground floor terrace with sea views or partial sea views.
The apartments are cleaned 5 times/week, change of towels twice/week and change of sheets once/week.

One bedroom apartments with 2 beds can be used by up to 3 persons, two bedroom apartments with 4 beds can be used by up to 5 persons. Everybody must share the existing beds.
