The hotel is located on a quiet tree-lined street in the Yorkville area of the Upper East Side. The hotel is situated just a short walk from Madison Avenue boutiques, Fifth Avenue museums and Central Park.

The hotel was modernised in 2024. The hotel has 100 rooms and 30 suites, which are located on 16 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.
