Location
Baiaverde is a Hotel and Residence Tourist Village. It enjoys a strategic position: with respect to the beach, (from which it is about 120 metres away), reachable on foot and without any road crossings, with respect to ports and airports as well as to the most beautiful beaches and tourist resorts in Northern Sardinia. It is located precisely in Località San Pietro a Mare, in Valledoria, on the northern coast of Sardinia, between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura. It is easily reachable, about 40 minutes by car from the port of Porto Torres and just over an hour from the airport of Alghero and the port and airport of Olbia.
Rooms
Guests who choose the hotel formula can enjoy very comfortable and, above all, very spacious accommodation. Instead of simple rooms, at Baiaverde all hotel accommodations are suites (classic or superior) located in terraced houses (on the ground or first floor) and consisting of 2 separate rooms - bedroom and living room with sofa bed, having two separate flat mattresses, bathroom with shower, equipped patio or balcony and kitchenette
kitchenette (available at extra charge only for children up to 3 years of age). Classic suites can accommodate up to 3/4 persons (approx. 30 sq. m), equipped with minibar (charges apply), colour TV (no SAT).
Superior Suites can accommodate up to 3/4 people (33 sq. m. approx.), completely renovated at the end of 2015, finished with quality and new furnishings that combine the most modern design with details of local tradition; equipped with minibar (any consumptions subject to payment), air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, telephone, 20-inch LCD colour TV (NO SAT).
Deluxe suites have beach towels with daily change, kettle with an assortment of tea, instant coffee and herbal teas, 1 beach umbrella and 2 sun loungers with a fixed place in the first two rows on the beach, according to the presentation schedule.
Guests in the residence formula can choose from the following accommodation:
Two-room apartment "economy" 3 beds (approx. 26 sq m), with simple and functional furnishings, consisting of bedroom, bathroom with shower, living-dining room with sofa bed, kitchenette with fridge/freezer with double door, patio or balcony, kitchenware, chairs and table for indoor or outdoor use. NB. Possibility of activating air conditioning, at extra charge.
Three-roomed apartment "economy" sleeps 4 (approx. 50 sq m) with simple and functional furnishings and is on two floors: ground floor with living room with TV (no SAT), air conditioning, double sofa bed, kitchenette with fridge/freezer with double doors, bathroom (washbasin and WC), furnished patio; first floor with double bedroom, small bedroom with bunk beds, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and balcony. NB. Possibility of activating air conditioning, with supplement.
Two-room apartment "silver" 3/4 beds (approx. 30 sqm), consisting of bedroom, bathroom with shower, living-dining room with sofa bed, kitchenette with
fridge/freezer with double door, colour TV (NO SAT), air conditioning, patio or balcony, kitchenware, chairs and table for indoor or outdoor use.
Three-roomed apartments Silver 5-6 beds (approx. 65 sqm) on 2 levels: ground floor with living room with TV (no SAT), air conditioning, sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer with double door, bathroom (washbasin and toilet), equipped patio; first floor with double bedroom, small bedroom with bunk beds, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and balcony.
NB are also available: Two-roomed "gold" apartments that sleep 4 (approx. 32 sq m) and Three-roomed "gold" apartments that sleep 6 (approx. 68 sq m), internally arranged like the "silver" apartments but with the addition of a microwave oven (18 litres) and hairdryer; the Two-roomed "gold" apartments are located in a privileged position with respect to the service centre and the beach, from which they are approximately 100-150 m away. The three-room Gold apartments have 2 bathrooms with showers.
Two-roomed "prestige" 4-bed flats (approx. 34 m2) with kettle, internally arranged like the "silver" flats but with renovated furnishings, design accessories, microwave oven (18 l), safe, hairdryer and beach service (1 beach umbrella + 2 sunbeds per flat directly on the beach from 15/06 to 13/09).
Restaurant
Hotel guests can choose between the 'Room only' formula , the "B&B" formula and the "HB" formula, half board.
The "Room only" formula includes overnight stay and a small breakfast kit provided in the room: electric coffee machine with coffee pod - kettle for making tea - packed croissants),
B&B" formula (available from 01/06 to 30/09): Guests take their meals in the air-conditioned restaurant with sea view located in the service centre of the hotel. Buffet (continental) breakfast is available to our guests using the B&B formula, from 01/06 to 30/09.
Formula "HB" with breakfast + dinner (available from 15/06 to 13/09): breakfast buffet is served in the air-conditioned restaurant with sea view located in the service centre of the hotel. Dinner, with table service, is served in the restaurant/grill/pizzeria "Baiaverde" (inside the village) and includes a cold starter, choice of two first courses, choice of two second courses and side dishes, mixed fruit or dessert; 0.5 lt water and 2 glasses of house wine included for each adult.
Guests in "Room only" for breakfast and in "Residence" for both lunch and dinner can use the village's central bar to eat salads, ready meals, dishes of the day or the restaurant/pizzeria/grill. On request (subject to availability) it is possible to buy breakfast and dinner carnets.
