BAIA de BAHAS – Apartments & Resort, village is set in the splendid Golfo di Marinella, one of the most renowned tourist destinations on the northeast Sardinian coast. The complex, built in the late 70's and early 80's nestles in the Mediterranean scrub backdrop, is rich with flowered gardens, which overlook the stunning landscape of beaches, sandy coves and the famed Gallura granite rocks.
Ideal for families, perfect for all who want to holiday in a relaxed, friendly and informal atmosphere. The BAIA de BAHAS apartments and houses all have verandas or gardens, and are 50-300 metres from the beach.
CLASSIC accommodation: not new, are equipped with a kitchen area and TV, practical and comfortable, furnished with both original and new features, decorated according to each owners taste.

Facilities. The village's square, an afternoon and evening get together spot has a Restaurant-Pizzeria-Bar- Ice Cream Parlour, a general goods shop, tobacconist and newsagent. A shopping centre is minutes away.
A doctor's surgery, stables, deep-sea diving centre, famous nightclubs, beauticians and hairdressers can be found close by.
At the BAIA de BAHAS Reception fascinating boat and coach excursions to the Islands of Maddalena, Caprera, Spargi, Budelli, and tours of the Barbagia and the Costa Smeralda can be booked.

Forfait services of € 40,00 for grown-ups, children between 3-8 years old € 10,00 per person per week, which includes gas, water , electricity and bed linen and towels with a weekly change. We don't accept credit cards/pos. Kitchen linen unavaible.
Kitchenette cleaning is not included and if not left cleaned by the guest we will charge you of € 30,00.
When delivered an apartment with sea view will take an additional 5% out of the stay cost.

Baia de Bahas Residence is an apartment complex by the sea, in an excellent location with a fabulous view over to the Golfo di Marinella. The complex consists of several terraced units, divided by flowering gardens, just 4 km away from Porto Rotondo. Baia de Bahas is only 15 km from Olbia Costa Smeralda airport while the harbour in Golfo Aranci is 5 km away. The complex is 139 km from Porto Torres.
The apartments are terraced or located in a central building and can be on the ground, first or second floor, most with veranda or balcony and some of them with sea view. All apartments are furnished with air conditioning, TV, kitchenette (equipped with crockery and cutlery), bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
The shoreline is from 150 to 350 meters with small coves of sandy beach bounded by granite rocks. The beach of Marinella is 1 km from the property.

Check-in from 5 pm to 8 pm. If arrival is after 8 pm, the guest needs to inform the property by contacting + 39 078930060. The property will not be able to accommodate the guests until the next day if late arrival has not been communicated, and €50 supplement will be charged. Check-out is by 10 am.
Mandatory costs to be paid on the spot : daily forfait of €5,00 / €2,50 / free (adults/children/infants) which covers electricity, gas, linen.
Final cleaning cost: from €60 to €80 depending on the apartment type. Cooking area is to be left clean by guest, otherwise €50 supplement is charged.
Deposit (mandatory): €200. Can be reimbursed after apartment has been checked.
