Description: Next to the village of Budoni, the hotel, recently built, it is set in a very suggestive area of enchanting beaches with fine sand, surrounded by dense pine trees and Mediterranean scrub. Perfectly situated and within easy reach of the most famous localities of the coast, above all San Teodoro. Architectural shapes, its gardens, its position compared to the sea, the quality of Mediterranean food and the wide entertainment programme, make the hotel one of the best in Sardinia.
Beach: only 300 mt from the village, a very long beach of fine white sand which gently slopes towards the crystal clear sea, making it an ideal destination for families with children. The private beach is easly reacheable by a pathsurrounded by wonderful oleanders, which cross the naturalistic area of S. Anna. A comfortable wood boardwalk takes you to the private area reserved for guests, which will have available, included in the Club Card, 1 sun umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room from the 3rd row and over (1st and 2nd row on request, with a fee to be paid on the spot). The private beach is equipped with washing facilities, showers and it is suitable for clients with special needs. There are also canoes for water sports lovers. Possibility of renting beach towels.
Accommodation: the structure has 268 rooms with 2/4 beds, composed by one bright room, furnished in a classical Sardinia style, with a double bed and 1 single bed in the triple room, in the quadruple there’s a bunk bed. All the rooms are equipped with a bathroom with shower and hair dryer, telephone, air conditioning/heating, tv, mini-fridge and safe. Almost all the rooms are situated on the ground floor and surrounded by a large park and lush gardens. Some of the rooms have a balcony, a veranda or an equipped patio.
Activities & Services: 3 swimming pools (1 for children), bazar, massage area, main restaurant, Grill restaurant “Amare” with sea and meat grilled specialties, 2 bars, reserved parking for the Resort’s guests, meeting room up to 120 seats; medical service on request and with a fee.
Wi-Fi: with a fee in the hall and main bar.
Restaurant: international breakfast, buffet lunch and dinner (included mineral water, beer and soft drink on tap) at the main restaurant. Assigned tables for the whole stay. During the week a typical Sardinian dinner and a Gala dinner are organized. On reservation, in the grill restaurant “Amare”, served lunch and dinner, with antipasto/side dishes and drinks included; once a week, with a fee and on request, special dinner “Lobster Night” with lobster and seafood specialties. For breakfast, “Dormiglione” corner for those clients who want to have a light breakfast with American coffee and croissant from 9.45 am to 11.00 am.
Natural Lifestyle Area: for those clients who choose a healthy cuisine, during breakfast there will be a corner with specific products (biscuits, melba toast, rice crackers, cakes, soy and rice milk, natural honey, biological jam, cereals, corn flakes, fruit juices and vegetables).
Celiacs: basic packaged products (bread, pasta, biscuits). Clients could integrate with personal products. To be communicated at the moment of reservation in case of food intolerance and/or food allergy.
Baby feeding area: available for children and free of charge. Equipped space with work-surface, sink, fridges, bottle warmer, microwave, mixer and sterilizer, pots and dishes, place mats. Furthermore basic cooked or not food is available: vegetal soup, vegetables puree, fresh sauce, pasta, fresh milk, yogurt, jams, biscuits, infusions, tea, fresh fruit, meat, fish. Early childhood dried or liquid milk, homogenised food, specific products.
** All Inclusive is intended as Soft all Inclusive: it includes full board and beverage during meals (mineral water, wine, beer e soft drinks on tap). At the two Bars, from 10,00 am to 10.00 pm, unlimited consumption (on tap in plastic cups) of water, orange soda, cola, fruit juices, granitas, cold tea and coffee. ”Aperi-time” at the main bar from 11.30 am to 12.15 pm and from 7 pm to 7.30 pm. With a fee: consumptions of national and international liqueurs and spirits, beverages and water in bottles or cans, ice creams, snacks and packaged products. Entertainment & Sport: our Nicolaus Team, will entertain you with a rich programme of games, sports, competitions, collective tennis, aerobics and dance courses. Evening entertainment and piano bar, shows and theme nights. Nicolino Club, in an equipped area with play area, with qualified staff in the company of our mascotte Nicolino. It will entertain the little guests with: Nicolino Baby Club 3/8 years and Nicolino mini Club 8/12 years which will offer them a lot of sports, games, educational and recreational activities. The children will have the time of their lives. Finally also the Nick Club 12/18 years teenagers can socialize and share their adventures with a rich sports programme and dedicated parties.during the sportive appointments and dedicated parties. The structure has 3 tennis/football polyvalent courts, 1 futsal/basket polyvalent court, volleyball, equipped fitness area, archery, beach volley, beach tennis, boules court, canoes, table-tennis. Club Card (extra Fee): includes the access to swimming pool, day and evening entertainment, beach service, use of the sport area with the use of the courts and the fitness area. Only for hotel guest's, free shuttle service for the beach at scheduled times.
With a fee: laundry service, stroller and bike rental; excursions, guided immersions and based/advanced diving course with equipment rental, baby sitting service, shuttle service to Budoni centre.
