This elegant, air-conditioned hotel and conference centre was opened in 2005 and comprises 3 floors with a total of 144 rooms. It is located 6 km from the small town centre, 15 km from Marsala and 10 km from Mazara del Vallo; the sandy beach is 5 km away. Trapani Airport can be reached in just 30 minutes by car, while the port,with connections to the Egadi Islands, in 50 minutes.

This residence offers apartments located on the ground floor or on the first floor, in elegant villas, surrounded by lush vegetation. The resort also includes an old Baglio dating back to 1800, completely renovated, and a building arranged over two levels, with the main service and rooms available with the Hotel formula (see Baglio Basile Hotel & Wellness).

Basile Residence includes a reception, a bar, a restaurant, two elevators, a congress centre, a large garden, a swimming pool with a solarium equipped with deck chairs and parasols.
