Downstairs, the air-conditioned Villa Lovisi 2 features a double bedroom, a spacious living-dining area. The kitchen includes a microwave, fridge and oven. The ground floor occupies a space of 130 m2.

The upper floor has 3 double bedrooms with a flat-screen TV, and 2 bathrooms, one with a large shower. One bedroom has a private balcony with great views.

Meloneras Golf Club is a 5-minute drive away. Maspalomas and its famous sand dunes are less than 1 km away. There is plenty of parking space in the surrounding streets.

The villa and pool are cleaned once a week. Sheets and towels are also provided and are changed once a week.
