Hotel is not pet friendly. A fine of $1, 000. 00 USD will be charged if a pet is detected.
Single King rooms are only located on the second floor. No connecting rooms are available.
Rooms reserved cannot be guaranteed on a certain floor or a specific location of the Hotel. It is based on availability.
Cancellations must be done 24 hours before the arrival date reserved. If the cancellation is not done within that time, the first night of the stay will be charged to the debit or credit card entered when the room was reserved as a No-Show Fee. No refund will be allowed or approved under any circumstance.
Incidentals security deposit is mandatory. Debit and Credit cards from a formal bank are required.
Cash App, Pay Pal and related card types are not accepted as an incidental’s security deposit.
If leaving cash for incidentals, a $250. 00 USD is required. This amount would only be returned to the guest if no damages at all are caused to the rented room.
