The resort is located directly on the Mae Kok River, secluded from the city, yet within a few minutes' drive of the city centre. The immediate environment is relatively undeveloped, providing a tranquil, natural location ideal for a resort and spa.

The resort has a lift and features 78 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival.
