The hotel is one of the first in its chain in Vietnam. Located on the Perfume River in the city centre, it offers 110 spacious rooms, bars, a café, a restaurant, a terrace and air-conditioned conference and banquet facilities. The establishment is fully air-conditioned and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, cloakroom and lift access. A newspaper stand, hairdressing salon, WLAN Internet access, room and laundry services (for a fee) and bicycle hire also feature.

The rooms are modern in style with city or Perfume River views. A contemporary rainfall shower comes in the en suite bathrooms, as does a bathtub.
