Nestled away in the beautiful Baga-Arpora area, this boutique resort overlooks a lovely quaint lagoon that joins Baga beach. The resort is situated 24 km from Thivim railway station and 33 km from Karmali railway station. It is approximately 45 km from Goa airport.

The complex has 39 rooms and 26 suites, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service.
