The building although it can be considered historic has been renewed in the 2000 so it is now a modern 6 storey building. The restaurant is one of the main attractions of the Hotel due to its distinguished neo-classical style with antique french mirrors, where you can find the most varied and finest dishes of the national, international and chinese cuisine. There are two individual dining-rooms available, to offer more privacy.At the beginning of the last century, the most representative Peruvian cocktail, the Pisco Sour, was created in the traditional Bar of this hotel. Nowadays, it is well known all over the world, satisfying the most exquisite tastes.

Location

Its location, in the corner between Ucayali and Carabaya St., at only 50 meters to the Main Plaza in Lima's Historical Center, allows you to visit easily the most important touristic sites from the colonial and republican period.
