This apartment hotel is situated at the heart of Fethiye-Öludeniz. The immediate vicinity offers restaurants, bars and shops. A wonderful sandy beach is to be found 4 km from the hotel and it is 50 km to Dalaman airport.

This modern air-conditioned apartment hotel, opened in 2005 and renovated in 2006, comprises 3 floors with a total of 30 apartments. There is a lobby with a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception as well as wonderful gardens. Further facilities include a café, a games room, a cosy bar and a restaurant. Guests may also make use of the Internet access for an added fee, along with the car park, room and laundry services. Younger guests are offered a playground as well as a kids club (aged between 2-8).

The welcoming apartments come with a spacious bathroom with hairdryer and a shower, a combined lounge/ bedroom, a double bed, a separate bedroom, satellite/ cable TV, a minibar and a hire safe. The kitchenette includes an oven and tea/coffee maker, there is also a minibar, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace. Air conditioning is available for an added fee and regulated individually.

There is a swimming pool available for use with a children's pool, alongside a poolside snack bar and parasols. Other activities, including table tennis and pool/snooker are also on offer.

Breakfast is offered every morning. Lunch and dinner can be taken à la carte.
