Hotel Riverton is a contemporary independent design hotel located centrally in Gothenburg by the waterfront, the hotel is fully family owned and operated since 1991. We offer 185 rooms & suites decorated in a modern and elegant design and 6 full-service apartments for longer stays, newly renovated conference department and event restaurant and a restaurant & Skybar on the 12th floor of the hotel.

The rooms offer a quality DUX bed with a luxurious duvet mattress, fluffy natural down duvet and pillows and 100% Egyptian cotton linens. All bathrooms are provided with Rituals products of the best quality.

Only a few minutes away from the hotel are some of the main attractions of the city; the historic district Haga, popular shopping street Kungsgatan and the old fort Skansen Krona, making our location the perfect base to explore the city.

The hotel is within walking distance to bus, tram and ferry communications - 550 meters to Järntorget and 300 meters to Stenpiren. For those arriving by train or bus to Gothenburg, Gothenburg Central Station is only a 15-minute walk away. Landvetter Airport is 2.9 km away and you who arrive here by car can park in the hotel's car park (for a fee) or at a nearby car park (fees apply).

We offer two restaurants suitable for both dinners and events. On the first floor you will find our newly renovated event restaurant, Restaurant ONE. It is one of Gothenburg's most inviting contemporary restaurants on the waterfront with panoramic windows for a harmonious view. On the 12th floor you will find View Skybar & Restaurant which is home to spectacular views across the Gothenburg harbor. We may be partial, but it really is the best view in the city!

We are currently undergoing a property modernisation of our hotel between January-March 2019. Our gym will be open as usual but our Relaxation area with sauna and whirlpool is now closed for renovation. Our brand new Spa & Gym will be ready for all of our guests to enjoy during spring 2020.
