Registration Procedure

For your information there isn't a reception desk at the building. We kindly ask you if you could send us the estimated time of arrival of customers. Contact is comercial@lisapartments.com or +351 969 116 180.

In the day and hour of your arrival a Guest Service Coordinator will be at the apartment to make the check-in and give you the keys. Check-in is after 15:00h (3pm) till 00:00h, but we try to be flexible, if possible.

Lis Apartments is a Portuguese start-up that offers travellers the chance to rent a private apartment with the benefits of hotel services.

The apartments are in an elegantly renewed building, within Arroios neighborhood, one of the most central places of Lisbon.
Each apartment has a capacity up to 3 or 4 people. In total, we can have 23 guests in the building.

It is a great choice for couples, families with children and small groups.

Guests benefit from fully equipped apartments. It features:
- One private bedroom with a two single beds or double size bed
- Crib for children is available, under request
- Living room with dining area with table for 4, a double sofa-bed, full HD LCD TV, Cable TV with more than 40 channels and Children's TV Channels
- Blackouts in all sleeping areas
- Full equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, freezer, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, juice maker, toaster and kitchen utensils
- Private bathroom with shower, bath amenities, hairdryer and towels
- Free Wi-Fi high speed Internet service
- Iron and ironing board
- Cotton sheets, towels and other linen included

Guest can also benefit from à la carte services such as breakfast delivery, housekeeping, baby sitting and dry cleaning…all to match the modern traveller's expectations.
