Villa Ammende Restaurant and Hotel is a unique combination of art nouveau architecture, exquisite food, the future and the past, work and relaxation, sea breeze and oak trees, and of the vibrancy, serenity and silence of the summer capital. And naturally, of the people, the Ammende family. It's a place so very special, located within walking distance of the Pärnu city center and beach.
The house is a significant example of the art nouveau architecture from the year 1905. The hotel was fully renovated and opened 1999, last renovation took place in 2020.
There are 19 guest rooms in two houses – impressive suites, selection of spacious rooms and choice of cosy guest rooms. All rooms are equipped with sat -TV, air conditioning, minibar, in-room safe, wireless internet and LAN, coffee machine, hairdryer and private facilities with shower or bathtub or sauna.

Hotel has a fine a la carte Restaurant for up to 80 persons, summer terrace and garden, bar, guarded parking lot with EV charging points, helicopter landing area, 24h room service and 2 conference rooms for 10-80 persons.

The hotel is located in a marvellous garden near the beach. It is surrounded by magnificent parks and lime tree avenues. Only a 10-minute walk away, guests will find the centre of town, the Endla Theatre, the Pärnu Concert Hall and the shopping district. The famous Blue Flag beach of Pärnu, with its white sand, is even closer; it is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the sea, blue in the glittering summer, grey in the stormy autumn and ice-white in the crisp winter. Access to public transport is roughly 1 km away, and the train station is around 4 km from the hotel.The hotel, dating from 1905, is the most impressive Art Nouveau building in Estonia. It was opened after extensive renovation in 1999 and is among the most outstanding attractions in Pärnu. It is not only a fascinating building to look at, but also a renowned world-class hotel and restaurant, which hosts regular and varied concerts and exhibitions. With a total of 19 rooms on offer, the hotel welcomes its guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service and a hotel safe. Further facilities include a café, bar, conference facilities, Internet access and room and laundry services. Those guests arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park, and those looking to explore the area on their own steam may hire a bicycle from the hotel.The main building has suites and deluxe rooms, all complete with antique furniture and appointments retaining the original Art Nouveau influence. In the Gardener's House, there are double deluxe and single rooms fitted with Art Nouveau furniture.
